Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Work Monday–Friday; weekends are not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent communication with field services management, responding within 24 hours of contact.
- Keep availability updated and accurate.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install, build, and maintain displays, end caps, and fixtures.
- Complete required forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site.
- Update displays according to planograms/client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations, providing solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist teammates as needed and contribute to the team's success.
- Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission; report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Participate and complete training and certification programs.
- Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Schedule and plan hours and locations, which may vary week to week, including occasional weekends or holidays.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Follow all directives, executing fully and completely.
- Work closely with the shared services team to ensure goals, identify opportunities for improvement, communicate, and drive solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company.
- Foster a positive work environment; ensure transparent, respectful communication with all team members.
- Work across all aspects of the company and through cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment and operational success.
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction is met and continually improved according to established shared service field KPIs, providing and receiving feedback.
Qualifications
- Age / Eligibility: 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability: Flexible, Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed; maintain minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical Abilities: Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, handle, grasp, and reach overhead.
- Adaptability: Adjust to the ever‑changing variety of tasks and work environments.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use smartphone for clocking, photo uploads, app downloads, internet connectivity; respond within 24 hours of contact.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not required.
- Experience (Preferred): Installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
- Technology: Own Android or Apple mobile device; navigate communication platforms and applications independently.
- Training: Complete all training assignments and tasks within a designated time frame; work collaboratively and autonomously.
- Transportation & Travel: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/daily.
- Leadership & Communication: Superior leadership skills; strong professional communication and presentation; sound judgment, problem‑solving; independent with excellent time management and reporting skills.
