Overview
Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home. Work Monday–Friday; weekends and holidays as needed.
Schedule & Compensation
- Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- $16.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to field services management within 24 hours of contact and maintain accurate availability.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates, including installing and building displays, end caps, and fixturing.
- Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software, submit accurate timecards, and report anomalies daily.
- Attend training and certification programs; assist other team members as needed.
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
Scheduling & Planning
- Schedule hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends; early morning hours and holidays may be required.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
Relationship Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shared services teams, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and field representatives.
- Collaborate across teams to drive solutions and operational efficiencies.
Leadership & Cross‑Functional Work
- Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company.
- Set a high standard for behavior, foster a positive work environment, and maintain transparent, respectful communication.
Customer & Client Satisfaction
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets established KPIs as determined by field management.
- Provide and receive feedback to continually improve performance.
Qualifications
- Age & Eligibility – 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability – Flexible Monday to Friday; weekend, holiday, early morning, and late‑night availability as needed; maintain minimum 20 hours in 30‑day period.
- Physical Abilities – Climb ladders up to 10 feet; lift up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, and reach overhead.
- Adaptability – Adjust quickly to changing tasks and work environments.
- Communication Skills – Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use smartphone for clock‑in, photos, and app navigation.
- Education – High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
- Experience – Installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
- Technology – Own Android or Apple device; navigate communication platforms independently.
- Training – Complete all training assignments within designated time frames; work collaboratively and autonomously.
- Transportation – Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
- Leadership & Communication – Strong leadership skills; sound decision‑making; good judgment; problem‑solving; excellent time‑management and reporting.
