Key Responsibilities

• Respond and maintain consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact.
• Keep availability updated and accurate.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
• Complete required forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site.
• Maintain displays according to planograms and client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
• Participate in early morning installations with a team of two or more and provide solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other members as needed and contribute to the team's success.
• Adhere to timelines associated with accurate time‑card submission and report anomalies daily.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Participate in and complete training and certification programs.
• Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shared services team, clients, retailers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday, weekends, holidays, early morning, and late night as needed.
• Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical ability: climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
• Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clocking in/out, uploading images, downloading applications, and connecting to the internet.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
• Installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
• Own an Android or Apple mobile device; navigate communication platforms and applications independently.
• Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles per assignment or shift.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, judgment, problem‑solving, time management, and reporting skills.
