Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home on average with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
Schedule: Monday–Friday; weekends are not required. In this role you’ll execute in‑store tasks including installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs, and following planograms and client‑specific directives. Work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently and professionally.
Age / Eligibility: Must be 18or older and authorized to work in the United States.
Availability: Flexible Monday through Friday, weekend and holiday availability as needed, early‑morning and late‑night availability as required, and maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
Physical Abilities: Climb up to 10ft ladders, safely lift and carry up to 60lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, and reach overhead.
Adaptability: Ability to adjust to the ever‑changing variety of tasks and work environments.
Communication: Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clocking in/out, taking and uploading photos, downloading applications, and connecting to the internet.
Education: High‑school diploma or equivalent required. Previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Experience: Preferred installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram (POG) directives.
Technology: Must own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data, and navigate communication platforms independently.
Training: Must complete all training assignments and tasks within the designated time frame.
Transportation: Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, willingness and ability to travel up to 90miles per assignment/shift/daily.
Leadership & Communication: Superior leadership skills and strong professional communication and presentation skills; sound judgment, problem‑solving effectiveness, autonomy, time management, and reporting skills.
