Job Type: Per Required Need
Work Location: Market – SS – MO – Kansas City
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Weekends not required)
Travel: Up to 90 miles from home; paid drive time & mileage reimbursement
Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact.
- Keep availability records updated accurately.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing according to planograms.
- Complete required forms, images, and surveys before leaving each site.
- Perform break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures function properly.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist teammates as needed.
- Submit timecards on time and report anomalies daily with required corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Complete training and certification programs.
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Schedule and plan hours and locations, which may vary week to week, including early mornings and holidays.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Follow all directives, executing fully and completely.
- Collaborate with the shared services team to ensure goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and field representatives.
- Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company.
- Work across all aspects of the company and through cross‑functional processes for operational success.
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets established shared‑service field KPIs.
- Be open to giving and receiving feedback.
Qualifications
- Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability: Monday‑Friday, weekends and holidays, early mornings, and late nights as needed.
- Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 ft., lift up to 60 lbs., kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
- Adaptability to changing tasks and work environments.
- Effective communication skills via phone, text, and email; use of a smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo capture/upload, application use, and internet connectivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent (retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory).
- Preferred installation and merchandising experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and ability to follow planogram directives.
- Own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo and data upload.
- Complete all training assignments within the designated timeframe.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
- Superior leadership, communication, and presentation skills with sound judgment and problem‑solving ability.
- Capability to work autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills.
