Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology. Location: Columbia, MO. Work up to 90 miles from home. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Monday–Friday; weekends and holidays are not required but may be requested as needed. Payment: $17.10 per hour with next-day pay on demand via DailyPay. Paid training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to field services management, with communication within 24 hours.
• Keep availability updated and accurate.
• Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
• Complete necessary forms, images, surveys, and other documentation before leaving the job site.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and collaborate with teams of 2+ people.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed and contribute to the team’s success.
• Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission, report anomalies daily, and correct errors as needed.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and complete training and certification programs.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical: climb a ladder up to 10 feet; lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle, and reach overhead.
• Adaptability: adjust to varying tasks and work environments.
• Effective communication via phone, text, and e‑mail; use a smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo upload, and app usage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools; follow planogram directives.
• Own an Android or Apple mobile device for data upload and navigation of communication platforms.
• Complete all training assignments within the designated timeframe.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance; willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
• Superior leadership skills, strong professional communication, presentation skills, decision‑making, judgment, and problem‑solving ability.
