Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology, located in Market – SS – IL – N. Chicago. Must travel up to 90 miles from home (average). Work Monday–Friday, no weekend requirement. Pay $17.50 per hour, next‑day pay on demand, paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability. Must maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate promptly with field services management, responding within 24 hours of contact.
• Keep availability updated and accurate.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates, including installing and building displays, end caps, and fixtures.
• Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
• Perform break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations involving 2+ people and provide solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist team members as needed and contribute to the team's success.
• Adhere to timelines for accurate time‑card submission and report anomalies daily.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment; attend training and certification programs.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Be available for weekend assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night shifts as required.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 ft, lift and carry up to 60 lb, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, grasp and reach overhead.
• Adaptability to diverse tasks and work environments.
• Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use smartphone for clock‑in/out, taking/uploading photos, downloading applications, and connecting to the internet.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; able to follow planogram directives.
• Must own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
• Superior leadership skills and professional communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong time‑management, reporting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Completion of all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames.
