Job Details

Work weekdays Monday‑Friday. Weekends and holidays are required only when scheduled.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond within 24 hours of contact and maintain consistent communication with field services management.
• Keep availability updated and accurate.
• Fully complete assigned jobs before scheduled end dates, including installing/building displays, endcaps, and fixture work.
• Complete required forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures fully functional.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Adhere to timelines for accurate time‑card submission; report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Complete training and certification programs.
• Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
• Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.

Qualifications

• Must be 18years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Require Monday‑through‑Friday availability with weekends, holidays, early morning, and late‑night availability as needed.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.

Physical Abilities

• Climb ladders up to 10ft.
• Safely lift and carry up to 60lbs.
• Perform kneeling, walking, crouching, bending, and overhead reach tasks.

Skill & Experience

• Effective communication via phone, text, and e‑mail.
• Use a smartphone for clocking in/out, photo capture, uploading, downloading apps, and internet connectivity.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or merchandising experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Installation and merchandising experience preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication.
• Own an Android or Apple device for data upload.
• Navigate various communication platforms independently.

Transportation & Travel

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Availability to travel up to 90miles from home per assignment.

Leadership & Communication

• Superior leadership skills, professional communication, and presentation skills.
• Make sound decisions, demonstrate good judgment, and problem‑solve effectively.
• Work autonomously with excellent time‑management and reporting skills.
