Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions seeks a dedicated Meta Field Technician to service a defined territory of retail displays in Michigan. You will perform installations, refreshes, and routine maintenance, while ensuring planograms and brand standards are followed. Travel up to 120 miles is required with paid drive time.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday with 8:00 a.m. start, occasional weekend work, and competitive weekly pay plus benefits and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience or aptitude for diagnosing and resolving display issues including lighting, fixtures, and non-functioning buttons.
• Experience or aptitude for diagnosing basic electronic and connectivity issues, including cabling and power.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations, adhering to schedules and program requirements.
• Consistently complete assigned work according to schedules and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain display functionality and performance.
• Execute installations, display builds, and refreshes including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Manage ad-hoc service requests within 48–72-hour SLAs as required.
• Ensure compliance with planograms (POG), brand standards, and display requirements across locations.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and help implement lasting solutions.
• Document and report all service activity, outcomes, and insights on time.
• Perform merchandising tasks including inventory replenishment, POP placement, and pricing/fact tag execution.
• Manage trunk stock inventory and replacements to support first-time fix.
• Build and maintain relationships with in-store personnel.
• Participate in team calls and client interactions as required.
• Complete administrative tasks with scheduling and same-day reporting.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and required training.
