Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Dedicated Meta Field Technician to service a set territory of Meta retail displays. You will handle maintenance, repairs, installations, and refreshes, plus core merchandising like inventory replenishment and POG compliance.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday starting at 8:00 am with occasional weekends. Travel up to 120 miles and 2–3 day training are possible. Competitive pay ($20–$21/hr) with benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving physical display issues including lighting and fixtures.
• Experience identifying and resolving basic electronic and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations.
• Complete work according to schedules and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain display functionality.
• Install, build, and refresh displays including fixturing and media players.
• Manage ad-hoc service requests within 48–72-hour SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with planograms, brand standards, and display requirements.
• Identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.
• Document service activity and outcomes on time.
• Perform merchandising tasks including inventory replenishment and pricing tags.
• Maintain trunk stock inventory for efficient service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with in-store personnel.
• Participate in team calls and client interactions; ride-alongs as needed.
• Complete administrative tasks with scheduling and reporting.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and required training.
