Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is seeking a Dedicated Meta Technician Expert to service in-store Meta displays. You will perform break-fix, installations, and ongoing maintenance across an assigned market, ensuring high standards and brand compliance.

Travel and physical work are required, with a focus on timely, quality results for multiple retail locations. The role emphasizes autonomous decision-making, proactive problem solving, and documenting outcomes while adhering to safety policies and

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution.
Experience using basic tools required to maintain displays.
Experience diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components, fixtures, and non-functioning buttons.
Experience identifying and resolving electronic and connectivity issues, including cabling, power, and component integration.

Responsibilities

Execute weekly service visits across an assigned route of retail locations (24–35 stores based on market).
Consistently complete assigned work according to schedules and minimize rescheduling.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain functionality of all displays.
Perform end-to-end installations, display builds, and refreshes including fixturing and cabling.
Independently manage ad-hoc service requests within 48–72 hour SLAs.
Ensure compliance with planograms, brand standards, and display requirements.
