Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a dedicated Field Technician to service a territory of Meta retail displays. You will perform installations, refreshes, and routine maintenance, while ensuring POG compliance and brand standards. Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage.

The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM start and occasional weekend work. Compensation ranges from study nearby pay scales and includes benefits and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components, fixtures, and non-functioning buttons.
• Experience identifying and resolving basic electronic and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations, adhering to established schedules and program requirements.
• Consistently complete assigned work according to established schedules and minimize unnecessary rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain full functionality and performance of assigned displays.
• Execute installations, display builds, and refreshes, including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Manage and complete ad-hoc service requests within 48–72-hour SLAs, where required.
• Ensure full compliance with planograms (POG), brand standards, and display requirements across all locations.
