Job summary

The Container Store in Massachusetts is seeking a Retail Employee / Project Specialist to warmly greet customers, suggest organization solutions, and design or sell custom closets. You’ll also handle checkout, enroll customers in the rewards program, and ensure the floor is stocked and presentable to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills.
• Enjoys engaging with customers.
• Willing to work flexible retail hours.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with store visits.
• Suggest solutions to organizational challenges throughout the store.
• Designs and sells storage and organization solutions.
• Process transactions at checkout and enroll customers in rewards.
• Assist with curbside pickup and delivery orders.
• Keep shelves stocked and store clean and organized.
• Organize stockroom to support selling efforts.
