The Container Store is seeking a Retail Employee / Project Specialist to deliver an exceptional customer experience in-store and for curbside orders. You will greet shoppers, design storage solutions, and ring up purchases with a focus on service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist throughout the store.
• Suggest solutions to organizational needs and design storage spaces.
• Operate the register with a focus on customer experience.
• Enroll customers in the rewards program and support curbside orders.
• Keep shelves stocked and store clean per brand standards.
• Assist with curbside pickup and delivery organization.
