Job summary

The Container Store in Natick, MA is seeking a Retail Employee / Project Specialist to help customers create organized spaces and ensure a seamless shopping or curbside pickup experience.

You will greet customers, suggest storage solutions, design and sell custom closets, handle checkout with a focus on service, enroll shoppers in our rewards program, and keep the sales floor stocked and tidy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail sales experience a plus.
• Strong computer skills.
• Enjoys engaging with people and connecting with customers.
• Understands retail is an ever-changing industry and requires flexibility in scheduling.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets all customers in the store.
• Connects with customers throughout the store and suggests solutions.
• Designs and sells custom closets and storage solutions.
• Serves as a cashier with focus on great customer experience.
• Enrolls customers in the rewards program.
• Supports merchandise processing and stocking.
• Maintains the sales floor according to brand standards.
• Assists with curbside pickup and delivery orders.
• Keeps stockroom organized to support selling.
• Performs tasks with accuracy and timely execution.
• Engages with customers to solve organizational challenges.
