Job summary

The Container Store in the United States is seeking a Retail Employee / Project Specialist to welcome customers, discuss storage challenges, design and sell custom closets, and assist at checkout. You will help customers select solutions, enroll them in the rewards program, and support curbside pick-up and delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with check-out systems.

• Must be at least 18 years old and flexible with scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets customers in-store and at the front entrance.
• Connects with customers to suggest storage solutions and designs.
• Designs and sells custom closets and organization products.
• Operates the register with a strong focus on customer experience.
• Enrolls customers in the rewards program and supports curbside/delivery orders.
• Maintains the sales floor and stockroom to support selling efforts.
• Assists with cleaning routines and handles merchandise processing.
