Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring a Product Sales Specialist Trainer to develop and coach product specialists, ensuring customers receive outstanding service and accurate product information. You will drive the company philosophy of retail basics and lead associate training across departments.

Responsibilities include certifications, merchandising accuracy, pricing, and handling showroom flow while maintaining safety and efficiency on the floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Present 'how-to' classes to customers.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays as required.
• Communicate inventory needs and pricing changes to management.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Direct and assist merchandise flow to the showroom floor.
