Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience.
• Proven ability to direct operations in a high-volume location.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and teach the P’s of retail (People, Product, Price, Purchasing, Position, Presentation, Promotion, Pro Services).
• Engage customers to provide a quality shopping experience and coach staff to do the same.
• Merchandise strategically and follow company guidelines for presentation and stock.
