Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a capable Product Sales Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and support store merchandising.

You will train and guide fellow specialists, manage certifications, greet customers, answer questions, process transactions, and contribute to a safe, organized shopping environment. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service or sales experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Responsabilités

• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Demonstrate safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
• Communicate SOP directions and changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process transactions at POS and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Give 'how-to' classes to customers.
• Stock displays and create price tags and signs.
