Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and support Product Sales Specialists, ensuring excellent customer service and product knowledge in our Savannah store.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities to thrive in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train Product Sales Specialists to ensure top-tier customer service.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Conduct product specialist certification courses and SOP briefings.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions and selections, and process transactions.
• Communicate inventory needs and changes to management.
• Operate the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Present how-to classes to customers and maintain displays.
• Ensure forklift certification and safety procedures are followed.
