Qualifications

• Teach the basic P’s of retail: People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing.
• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Understand merchandise and installation details for accurate service.
• Manage merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Communicate SOP changes to associates promptly.
• Operate forklift proficiency testing and certification.
• Communicate inventory needs to management.
• Assist showroom processing and merchandise placement.
• Verify pricing and product placement within the department.
• Greet customers, answer product questions, and assist with selections.
• Process check-out and refunds using POS system.
• Present 'how-to' classes to customers.
