Responsibilities

• Provide direction to product sales specialists for high-quality customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise and installation; manage department merchandising, pricing, and organization.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates; assist inventory and merchandise flow.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections; process checkout and returns.
• Present how-to classes to customers; follow cash handling procedures.
• Answer phone per guidelines; stock and tag displays; create price tags and signs.
