The position requires 39–40 hours per week with morning, afternoon, and evening availability. Prior retail leadership and MS Office proficiency are expected, with occasional MOD duties and travel to trainings.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years retail experience OR 5 years retail experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of Pro customers experience (Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience directing or supervising teams.
• Experience training and mentoring associates.
• Experience cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain sales licensure if required by law.

Aufgaben

• Lead and enable a team to deliver the best possible customer experience in the store.
• Coach and train associates, delegating and following up on daily tasks.
• Ensure adequate department coverage and manage performance.
• Balance customer-facing activities (greeting, needs clarification, solutions) with back-of-house duties (inventory, down stocking, area recovery).
• Occasionally open or close the store or serve as manager-on-duty (MOD).
• Travel to meetings or trainings as needed to support neighboring stores.
