Lowe's in Ohio seeks a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team, deliver top customer service, and oversee daily store operations. The role includes coaching associates, managing tasks, and ensuring department coverage while maintaining safety standards.

The position requires effective communication, merchandising input, and the ability to supervise multi-department activities. Some travel for trainings may be needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years retail experience, or 5 years retail experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of experience supporting Pro customers (Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience directing or supervising teams.
• Experience supporting or participating in training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resources and tools to support those directly helping customers provide the best service.
• Assist with down stocking and area recovery as well as input into merchandising decisions.
• Monitor use of store power equipment and coach employees on safe lifting techniques.
• Lead a team to deliver the best possible customer experience in the store, coaching and training associates.
• Oversee both customer-facing and non-customer-facing activities and store safety.
• Communicate best practices to the team to drive sales and service objectives.
• Supervise associates in other departments as needed to meet store demands.
• Occasionally open/close the store or serve as manager-on-duty (MOD).
• Travel occasionally to meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores.
