Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Store Product Sales Supervisor who will train and develop Product Sales Specialists while ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience through exceptional service and product knowledge. You'll lead certification courses, manage merchandising, pricing, and inventory, and mentor associates to deliver friendly, efficient assistance at every contact point.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience, or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train product sales specialists to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure merchandising, pricing, and department organization.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process sales at checkout using POS system.
• Greet customers and provide courteous service.
• Communicate SOP directions to associates in a timely manner.
• Maintain forklift safety and complete proficiency testing.
• Stock and tag displays; create price tags and signs.
