Job summary

Bass Pro Outdoor World is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates, manage daily merchandising tasks, and ensure an excellent customer experience in a busy retail setting. You will implement corporate directives, staff the department with service-oriented personnel, and help meet sales and operational goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily direction to department associates and achieves sales goals.
• Prepares to-do / Task lists for staff.
• Executes merchandising directives and maintains plan-o-grams as set by Corporate Office.
• Ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for customers.
• Assists in staffing with service-oriented associates and coordinates training.
• Resolves customer and associate opportunities with GSM/DM and HR Manager.
• Maintains high level of customer service and strives for top-tier feedback.
