Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Retail Manager to supervise one or more sales departments within the store, focusing on merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, and exceptional customer service.

You will open and close the store, manage staff hiring and development, schedule and coach associates, and ensure all plans align with company objectives while delivering a legendary shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of Retail Management experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple Sales Departments and drive financial plans.
• Strong communication, training and performance evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise one or more Sales Departments and maintain planograms.
• Open and close the store and manage staffing, training, and scheduling.
