Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Wisconsin is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in merchandising, pricing, stocking and service. You will support the GSM/DM in achieving sales and margin goals while maintaining inventory accuracy and planograms.

You’ll help interview and train staff, prepare schedules, coach the team, and ensure a positive, harassment-free environment. Strong product knowledge and demos are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct associates in merchandising, pricing, stocking and customer service.
• Achieve department sales, gross margin, inventory shrinkage and payroll goals.
• Staff department with service-oriented associates and assist in interviews.
• Maintain plan-o-grams and execute corporate merchandising directives.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with managers and HR.
• Maintain product knowledge and conduct staff product demos.
