Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to supervise department associates and drive daily operations. You will manage merchandising, pricing, inventory, and customer service in collaboration with store leadership.

The role requires 2–4 years of retail experience, supervisory exposure, and strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive, service-oriented environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years in retail sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily tasks to department associates.
• Maintain merchandising directives and plan-o-grams as set by Corporate Office.
• Assist in staffing, interviewing, and training coordination.
• Support achievement of department sales, gross margin, inventory shrinkage and payroll goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
