Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience.
• 2+ years in field leadership, multi-unit management preferred.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer or commission-based sales is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% as needed.
• Experience with P&L, POS and CRM software.
• HR experience including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer experience is best-in-class across your region.
• Drive sales performance and strategic initiatives to achieve targets.
• Own and deliver KPIs aligning with company objectives.
• Oversee vehicle delivery process from prep to handoff.
• Collaborate with Service and Vehicle Ops to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Design staffing and schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Plan activations and events to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage operations with respect to the financial plan and P&L.
• Maintain accurate document execution to safeguard revenue.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Handle additional projects as required by leadership.
