Job summary

Rivian in Appleton, WI is seeking a dynamic Retail and Delivery Manager to scale our local sales and delivery operations. You will own the full customer journey—from engagement to vehicle handoff—overseeing sales execution, logistics, and last-mile delivery, while leading a high-impact team to meet revenue and service targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in field sales with leadership experience, strong P&L and CRM skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in field sales and 2+ years in field leadership.
Retail, sales, hospitality or direct-to-consumer experience preferred.
Strong understanding of EV industry, market dynamics and regulatory considerations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure the customer experience is best-in-class across your region and aligned with Rivian values.
Drive sales performance and execute initiatives to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Own and track KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and local performance.
Oversee vehicle delivery process from prep to handoff, including paperwork and logistics.
Collaborate with Service and other departments to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Optimize staffing to meet customer demand and maximize efficiency.
Plan activations, events, and campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Manage store P&L in line with the financial plan and maintain compliance.
Take on additional projects as requested by leadership.
