Job summary

Rivian is seeking a dynamic Sales and Delivery Manager to scale our local operations in Minnesota. You will own the full customer journey, from initial engagement to vehicle delivery, and oversee sales, logistics, and last-mile execution within your region.

Lead a high-impact team, drive KPI performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to refine processes and activations that boost brand awareness and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field sales with 2+ years in leadership, multi-unit experience preferred.
• Experience in a direct-to-consumer or commission-based sales model.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant working experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% based on business needs.
• Extensive experience with P&L, POS and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure best-in-class customer experience across your region.
• Drive sales performance and execute strategic initiatives to meet targets and market share.
• Own, track, and deliver on KPIs aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee vehicle delivery process including prep, paperwork, logistics, and handoff.
• Collaborate with Service and Vehicle Operations to improve processes.
• Plan activations, events, and strategies to drive brand awareness and leads.
• Manage operations in line with the financial plan and store P&L.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate document execution.
• Take on additional projects and duties as required by leadership.
