Job summary

Genpact in the United States is seeking a Business Development Executive 3 (Director of Data & AI Sales - Retail / CPG). You will lead a specialized group of sellers to expand Data & AI services across new and existing retail clients.

You will manage client relationships at the C-suite level and drive solutions in data, AI, and analytics. You will coordinate with global solutions and delivery teams to design and execute Data & AI offerings, and you will win large-scale engagements with

• Experience in data management, analytics, and AI across the data lifecycle.
• Proven ability to sell enterprise Data & AI solutions to Retail clients.
• Strong client relationship management and deal-closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for Data & AI deals for assigned Accounts.
• Develop strategy with sales and account teams to grow Data & AI footprint across offerings.
• Own revenue and bookings targets for Data AI industry segment and maintain forecasts.
• Design Data & AI based solutions to solve business problems across the Retail value chain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope opportunities and prepare proposals.
• Lead client engagements, recruit local talent, and participate in bid processes.
