Job summary

Michaels Stores in Temecula, CA is seeking store team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure fast checkouts. You’ll participate in unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining a well‑merchandised store with accurate in‑stock conditions.

Engage customers with the Rewards program and enrollments, support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes, and adhere to SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards
• Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties
• Maintain in-stock conditions and complete merchandise recovery as needed
