Job summary

Michaels is seeking a customer-focused team member in SAN MARCOS, TX to deliver friendly service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining an inviting, well-merchandised store environment.

The role involves multi-channel support including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, with emphasis on customer experience and brand promises. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planograms
• Maintain in-stock and well-merchandised store; complete returns/go back
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs
• Interact professionally and model company values; cross-trained in framing selling
