Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Tulsa is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, merchandising, and store recovery while promoting our rewards program and omni-channel services such as Buy Online Pick Up in Store.

Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes, and work nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and provide solutions.
• Willingness to cross-train in framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, planogram, and store recovery.
