Job summary

The Michaels Companies store team in Temecula, CA is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure smooth checkout experiences. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

The role involves POS handling, rewards enrollments, and supporting BOPIS/SFS processes. Regular standing, bending, and lifting are required; overtime or night/weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local requirements.
• Total Base Pay Range for this Position: $16.90 - $19.70.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties to keep shelves stocked.
• Assist with checkout, cash handling, and enroll customers in the Rewards program.
• Support BOPIS and SFS processes and maintain in-stock shelves.
• Maintain store recovery and participate in planogram and AD set duties.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety programs; interact respectfully with customers and team members.
