Big Lots is seeking motivated individuals to support our Stores as we provide essential products at great values to the communities we serve.

As a Big Lots Customer Service Associate you will greet customers, assist with product selection, complete transactions, and answer questions about store merchandise. You may also unload trucks, process freight, and stock shelves to maintain an inviting shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Education: high school or equivalent.
• Experience: retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store preferred.
• Availability: flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and assists with merchandise selection.
• Completes transactions and processes payments using the POS system.
• Maintains a clean, well-stocked store and recovers merchandise.
• Assists in unloading shipments and stocking shelves.
• Ensures a safe and secure shopping environment and deters theft.
