Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Algonquin, IL is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Team Member to help customers find products and provide a friendly checkout experience.

You will also participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms, while supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes. A flexible schedule includes evenings and weekends as needed to deliver our Brand Promises.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and locate products.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments and educate on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, planograms and store recovery to maintain in‑stock conditions.
