Job summary

The Michaels Companies is hiring a part-time Service Team Member for our Carmel, IN store. In this role you will deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find items, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

You will unload trucks, stock shelves, complete planograms, participate in store recovery, and support omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store. Shifts include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Unloading trucks, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Store in stock optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
