Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find products for home improvement. You will work in-store across departments, assist with locating items, and ensure a positive shopping experience with friendly service and accuracy.

The role emphasizes daily customer interaction, stock replenishment, and collaboration with teammates to meet store goals. Part-time positions and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit as needed and perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
