Qualifications

• 6 months computer experience (inputting, accessing, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties.
• Lift minimum 25 lbs unassisted.
• Preferred: 6 months retail/customer service experience.
• Preferred: Bi-lingual skills.
• Preferred: Certification in department-related trade.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
