Job summary

Michaels is seeking a customer-focused store team member in Overland Park, KS, to assist shoppers, stock merchandise, and process transactions. The role involves helping customers locate products, enrolling them in the Rewards program, and supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, maintaining planograms, and participating in store recovery to keep shelves in-stock and well-presented.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they're looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stocking, truck unload, and planogram (POGs) duties; maintain in-stock store.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
