Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members to maintain a clean, safe store environment while delivering friendly customer service in Overland Park, KS. Responsibilities include cleaning assigned areas, assisting customers, and supporting omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS.

The role involves cashier duties, stocking, and upholding store standards across shifts. Ideal candidates will have retail and cleaning experience, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to follow SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and cleaning preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a helpful attitude.
• Ability to follow safety and cleanliness procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to uphold brand promises.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Assist customers, help them find products, and enroll them in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Support omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in stocking, truck un-load, and planogram processes.
