Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the system accurately and completely.
• Process payment to proper accounts.
• Responsible for security of cash and other valid tenders.
• Prepare daily deposits in accordance with company policies.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries promptly.
• Schedule deliveries that suit customers and follow procedures.
• Maintain all open orders and communicate status with customers.
• Assist showroom displays and related office tasks.
