Job summary

Michaels in Bellevue, WA is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties to keep shelves well merchandised.

The role includes involvement in store recovery, in-stock optimization, and basic omnichannel tasks like BOPIS and SFS. Applicants must be 16+ and able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to move throughout the store

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and complete enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Store in stock optimization and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
