Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Bowling Green, KY is looking for a Customer Service Associate II to help with daily store operations, including merchandising and front-end duties when needed. You will contribute to a clean, welcoming environment and be cross-trained to support the cash register.

Day-to-day duties include receiving merchandise, stocking, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring safety and friendly customer interactions. This is a part-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent mobility and lifting tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store and restrooms, floors, and trash.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintaining cash security and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
