Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC. is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, merchandising, and customer support. You’ll be cross-trained to back up cash registers and front-end duties as needed, while maintaining a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
• Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
