Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, including merchandising and customer support. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties as needed, while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent mobility.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to customer support.
• Support cash register operations and switch to front-end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, process freight safely.
• Merchandise, stock, and maintain clean, neat store areas.
• Maintain a positive, safe environment and professional interactions.
