Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help run daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You’ll contribute to a clean, welcoming shopping environment and be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties.

Your day includes receiving merchandise, stocking, maintaining store cleanliness, handling sales transactions, and protecting company assets, all while delivering friendly service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restrooms.
• Provide friendly customer interactions and assist with front-end duties.
• Manage transactions at the cash register and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
